Q: Is there a minimum order?
A: Yes, slow cooked food tastes best when made in larger quantities. Which is why we have stipulated a minimum portion of 4 plates of any item you order. However if you are placing an order for more than 4 people, please call and check with us and we may be able to make 2-3 portions of an item also.
Q: What about delivery?
A: We work with logistics partners to schedule deliveries, charges depend on distance and weight. For larger party orders we can consider waiving off the delivery charges too.
Q: What are your payment and cancellation policies?
A: These are on a case to case basis. We accept online money transfers as well as COD depending on the size of the order. For larger orders, advance is preferred. Cancellations made 1-2 days prior to delivery invite a 25% penalty on the order value.
Q: Do you customize orders?
A: Yes, we do customize our menu to a certain extent depending on food allergies and preferences. For larger orders, we also work out meal packages. We can add salads, starters, non-alcoholic beverages and off-the-menu items. These can be discussed on a case to case basis.
